Own and hit the purchase targets: You are accountable for the number of bikes sold — across online, showroom, and other channels.
Define the growth strategy: You create a commercial roadmap for the next 12–24 months and drive it across the business.
Run and scale performance marketing: You manage our Meta, Google, and other digital campaigns with clear ROI targets.
Continuously improve website conversion: You work closely with design and tech to optimize our website UX via A/B tests and CRO.
Develop new channels and initiatives: Whether it’s referral programs, partnerships, influencers, or new product categories — you test, validate, and scale.
Build and lead your team: You lead a multidisciplinary team across marketing, design/UX, and sales operations — with a clear focus on delivering commercial outcomes.
Use data to drive decisions: You define, track, and report on KPIs (purchases, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) and translate insights into action.
Requirements
Have 7+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, commercial strategy, or ecommerce leadership — ideally in a high-growth B2C/D2C environment.
Have end-to-end ownership of commercial performance — from acquisition to purchase.
Think in numbers: CAC, LTV, ROAS, SQLs, CVR — and use data to drive strategic bets.
Know how to lead cross-functional growth: you’ve run teams that blend marketing, UX, and sales execution.
