• In this role you will be primarily responsible for handling leads.
• Most lead handling is carried out by phone, but you will also be responsible for written communication with leads.
• Actively generate leads by making outbound phone calls to potential customers.
• Support lead generation by answering all customer questions.
• Manage existing customers and ensure everything is done to keep them as satisfied as possible.
• Hands-on work with our CRM platform (HubSpot) and the established sales process to keep track of all customers.
• Provide support to customers during the after-sales process.

• Leads are initial contact inquiries from prospects that you guide step-by-step toward placing an order
• Most lead handling is done by phone, but you are also responsible for written communication with leads
• You will additionally support our Sales Specialists with order processing and smaller after-sales tasks
• Guiding leads through the pre-sales pipeline
• Active lead generation through outbound phone contact with potential customers
• Supporting lead generation by answering all customer questions
• Managing existing customers and ensuring everything is done to keep them as satisfied as possible
• Hands-on work with our CRM platform (HubSpot) and the established sales process to keep track of all customers
• Assisting and supporting customers throughout the after-sales process

Growth Marketing

• Own and hit the purchase targets: You are accountable for the number of bikes sold — across online, showroom, and other channels.
• Define the growth strategy: You create a commercial roadmap for the next 12–24 months and drive it across the business.
• Run and scale performance marketing: You manage our Meta, Google, and other digital campaigns with clear ROI targets.
• Continuously improve website conversion: You work closely with design and tech to optimize our website UX via A/B tests and CRO.
• Develop new channels and initiatives: Whether it’s referral programs, partnerships, influencers, or new product categories — you test, validate, and scale.
• Build and lead your team: You lead a multidisciplinary team across marketing, design/UX, and sales operations — with a clear focus on delivering commercial outcomes.
• Use data to drive decisions: You define, track, and report on KPIs (purchases, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) and translate insights into action.
