• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6 structural analysis engineers working on space programs
• Drive advanced finite element simulations (modal, static, dynamic, thermal, coupled analyses) using FEMAP/NASTRAN
• Develop and optimize high-fidelity FEM models for space hardware systems
• Ensure compliance with ESA/ECSS standards and validation methodologies
• Perform verification through analytical hand calculations and supporting spreadsheet models
• Improve simulation workflows and automation using Python, MATLAB, or FORTRAN
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and customers to define and refine technical solutions
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and ESA-level reviews

Lead Structural Analysis Engineer – Space

DevOps Engineer

• Planung, Durchführung und Steuerung von Safety-Engineering-Prozessen, Analysen und Dokumentationen für komplexe Systeme gemäß relevanter Standards (z. B. ARP4754/4761, EN 50126/50129, ISO 26262, MIL-Standards).
• Durchführung von System Safety- und Reliability-Assessments (FMEA, FMECA, FMEDA, Fault Tree Analysis) auf System- bis Komponentenebene.

• Analyze existing workflows, develop optimized target processes, and implement improvements

• Creating, aligning, verifying, and managing safety requirements throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and maintaining high-quality documentation.
• Close collaboration with cross-disciplinary engineering teams and providing technical support in customer discussions as required.
