About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate customers' business goals into platform value narratives, architectural principles, and assumption strategies.
Co-design target IT–OT architectures for software-defined automation and Physical AI across multiple sites.
Lead maturity assessments and architecture workshops with business, IT, and OT stakeholders.
Develop phased transformation roadmaps with clear risk mitigation and value realization plans.
Support sales in executive-level discussions, business cases, and long-term framework agreements.
Identify expansion opportunities across sites, use cases, and regions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years' experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or IT/OT Transformation Architect.
Proven experience in large enterprise environments and automation domains.
Strong knowledge of cloud and enterprise IT architectures (OT experience not required).
Confident in engaging with C-level stakeholders.
Excellent workshop facilitation, structuring, and abstraction skills.
Business outcome–oriented mindset with ownership, curiosity, and pragmatism.
Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
