Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
Build new product features while continuously improving existing functionality
Develop and maintain secure REST APIs and messaging-based services
Improve system observability, monitoring and production reliability
Take ownership of services in production following a "you build it, you run it" mindset
Refactor legacy components into modern event-driven and state-machine architectures
Strengthen backend security and data protection across critical systems
Collaborate with product, mobile and machine learning teams to integrate AI-powered services into backend workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional backend development experience, including proven commercial experience with Go (Golang)
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
Solid knowledge of SQL, REST APIs and messaging systems
Experience working on customer-facing software products
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Quality-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Fluent English (written and spoken)
