About the role

  • Empower current sales team to excel in retaining and expanding business within existing accounts, driving renewal, upsell, and cross-sell motions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver sales enablement solutions that align with strategic initiatives and company goals.
  • Build and scale enablement programs focused on retention and expansion using customer insights and best practices.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses and develop/implement solutions to address identified gaps.
  • Develop and monitor sales enablement metrics to measure training, tools, and process effectiveness and iterate for improvement.
  • Coordinate, initiate, and run end-to-end programmatic sessions for new sales joiners, including live sessions and asynchronous learning modules.
  • Monitor sales objectives and results related to training and workshop attendance.
  • Coach sales teams on selling skills, product knowledge, prospecting, negotiation, and complex sales cycles.
  • Align closely with Revenue Operations, Product, and Marketing to operationalize and measure renewal and upsell strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales enablement experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales retention, upsell/cross-sell, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success).
  • Comfort using AI tools to enhance program design, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Experience designing and launching programs that improve sales team productivity and renewal outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • Innovative, outcome-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous learning.
Benefits
  • Base salary + variable pay ranges from $104,000 - $130,000 + benefits.
