About the role
- Partner with Recruiters to build, own, and nurture talent pipelines for technical and leadership roles.
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and AI tools.
- Craft outreach campaigns that reflect Homebase’s personable, straightforward, tenacious tone.
- Track pipeline metrics and share insights with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Stay close to industry trends and market signals and turn them into smart sourcing strategies.
- Learn and practice full-cycle recruiting skills with a clear growth path to Recruiter.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
- Experience running sourcing campaigns for technical and/or leadership roles.
- Curiosity about recruiting and talent strategy.
- AI fluency: demonstrated willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools in sourcing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
