Lead the vision and execution for building and optimizing supply connectivity (direct and through third parties) for hotels, vacation rentals, and car rentals.
Ensure the connectivity infrastructure is designed for speed, reliability, and scalability.
Drive initiatives to maximize supply depth and inventory completeness across all segments.
Lead rate parity initiatives to ensure competitiveness and consistency across channels.
Define and track supply performance metrics to monitor depth, performance, and resilience.
Define the long-term product strategy for travel supply in alignment with company objectives.
Own the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and balancing short-term impact with long-term scalability.
Translate strategic goals into concrete initiatives with clear success criteria.
Oversee integration and ongoing maintenance of content (descriptions, amenities, images, policies).
Establish frameworks to ensure content is accurate, complete, and standardized across all supply sources.
Manage and evolve room and property mapping systems to ensure accurate search results and eliminate duplicates.
Manage and maintain the rate database for the PUSH API (availability, rates, and inventory).
Requirements
At least 5–7 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a Senior or Principal Product Manager.
Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps in travel, marketplaces, or e-commerce.
Deep knowledge of supply integrations, connectivity APIs, pricing systems, and travel technologies.
Strong experience in data-driven product development and defining KPIs.
