About the role
- Join our team as a Sourcing Specialist where you'll partner closely with clients and JLL teams to drive strategic benefits through expert procurement and supplier management
- You'll be responsible for developing, negotiating, and managing supplier agreements while ensuring compliance with all sourcing policies and procedures
- This role requires exceptional attention to detail as you'll maintain contract database integrity, establish work priorities, and collaborate with various departments to resolve complex contractual issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in commercial contract management and sourcing
- Experience in real estate or facilities management industry
- Completion of formal contract management training or certification
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex contractual terms clearly to non-legal stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with contract lifecycle management systems and knowledge of contract law principles and risk management techniques
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in all MS applications and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Strong analytical ability with proven capability to identify and resolve issues
