As our L&D Manager, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that align with our strategic goals and support employee growth. You'll play a key role in embedding our new LMS platform, driving content creation, and leveraging our internal network of Learning Champions to amplify L&D initiatives across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Learning Technology & LMS: Be the driving force behind our new LMS, building self-service learning pathways, curating content, and using data to continuously improve the learner experience. You'll be comfortable authoring new courses using tools like Rise and Articulate.
Learning Champion Management & Empowerment: Onboard, train, and support our network of Learning Champions, empowering them to foster peer-to-peer learning and gather crucial feedback from their teams.
Learning Design & Delivery: Partner with business leaders to create tailored, scalable learning pathways, continuously improving core programs like onboarding and line manager development. You'll design engaging e-learning sessions and develop interventions to enhance AI capability and key organizational competencies.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships, lead the procurement of new learning solutions, and ensure projects stay on budget.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication: Partner closely with People and Strategic Partners to ensure L&D initiatives are aligned with business needs and communicate effectively across the organization.
Evaluation & Reporting: Establish metrics, track effectiveness, and regularly report on the impact and ROI of our learning programs, using analytics to inform future decisions.
Requirements
Proven L&D experience in high-growth, global tech or sales-led businesses.
Deep understanding of learning strategy, design, and digital-first delivery.
Experience developing and managing LMS platforms and structured content libraries.
Skilled in performance consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
Experience in AI, Marketing, and Sales capability building.
A track record of using analytics to drive program design, delivery, and impact.
Familiarity with skills-based organizational models and career architecture.
The ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate pragmatically to deliver value at pace.
