About the role

  • Analyze complex issues and troubleshoot client problems for MRI Software products
  • Serve as primary point of contact for a broad variety of customers from financial and property management institutions
  • Engage with worldwide client base and provide an incredible customer experience daily
  • Listen to and empathize with clients, apply creative solutions and collaborative problem solving
  • Assist clients with a wide range of questions and issues and escalate as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and deliver consistent, professional experiences

Requirements

  • Role based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio or Tempe, Arizona (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remotely)
  • Ability to sit up to 8 or more hours a day and work at a computer workstation for more than 5 hours a day
  • Ability to see, hear and speak; reading, studying, focused listening, auditing, inspecting, proofreading, and evaluating required
  • Ability to give, receive, and analyze information and prepare written materials; communicate effectively (verbal and written)
