About the role
- Full cycle recruitment with a focus on technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership team to build and implement hiring strategies
- Source, attract and engage top talent through creative and effective sourcing strategies
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience and culture fit
- Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Maintain and optimize our applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting
- Assist with other talent initiatives as they arise
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or full cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast paced startup environment
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience supporting people operations or HR initiatives is a plus
- Ability to commute to our Boston HQ on a hybrid schedule
