Product Manager

• You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Videa's suite of RCM products.
• Translate complex dental insurance workflows, CDT coding rules, and payer/clearinghouse integrations into scalable software.
• Set strategy and priorities across the RCM product suite, balancing denial reduction, reimbursement speed, and workflow automation.
• Turn dental insurance rules, CDT coding logic, eligibility and claims workflows into intuitive, scalable features.
• Use Claude and Videa's AI tooling to build clickable prototypes and test concepts with real users.
• Partner with engineering to quickly assess technical feasibility by prototyping against real workflows and data.

Customer Support

• Own the validation lifecycle. Run kickoffs, define mutual success criteria and a mutual action plan, and drive the pilot toward a clear go/no-go conversion decision by the opt-out date.
• Drive time-to-value. Get validation users onboarded, activated, and using the product against their stated goals as quickly as possible; the clock is always running.
• Manage risk proactively. Monitor adoption and engagement signals, surface at-risk pilots early, and execute recovery plays before the opt-out window closes.
• Convert and transition. Partner with Account Management/Account Executives to build the business case, secure executive sponsorship, and convert validations to paid, then transition the account to a Commercial Clinical Success Manager.
• Be the voice of the customer. Synthesize validation feedback into clear, prioritized themes for Product and GTM, and translate product capabilities into customer outcomes.
• Build the playbook. Document what works across validations so the team's conversion rate compounds over time.

Clinical Support Specialist

Machine Learning Engineer

• Design, build, and deploy production ML systems for clinical decision support and operational insight, applying deep expertise from your area of specialty.
• Develop ML pipelines that integrate structured clinical or EHR data with outputs from computer vision models to power downstream applications.
• Ensure the calibration, robustness, and interpretability of deployed models, including clear clinician-facing explanations where relevant.
• Implement monitoring, drift detection, evaluation protocols, and retraining or update workflows for production systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and compliance teams to define requirements and integrate models into live workflows.
• Contribute to regulatory documentation for ML systems (data descriptions, validation reports, model versioning).
• Mentor engineers and help establish best practices for applied ML and experimentation.
