About the role
- Assist business product owners in understanding their needs and help translate them into technical requirements.
- Support the analysis and optimization of business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement using Salesforce capabilities.
- Learn about Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can fully utilize Salesforce features and best practices.
- Work with developers to understand custom solutions and contribute to quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in cross-functional team efforts to deliver product enhancements that improve customer satisfaction.
- Gain hands-on experience shaping the future of the SalesCloud platform and aligning Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- High School Diploma is required.
- Interest in Salesforce and its functionalities.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with sales business processes or a willingness to learn (preferred).
- Salesforce certifications or coursework related to Salesforce (a plus).
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
- Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Candidate must be in the Chicago/Schaumburg office 2 days a week.
