Own client relationship from contract signing to full onboarding.
Support client's superusers by facilitating weekly meetings and managing their onboarding tasks.
Ensure clients are prepared for a successful Go-Live.
Oversee entire project lifecycle for software implementation and coordinate internal teams (support, training, configuration specialists).
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Evaluate customer needs consultatively to align implementation with business goals.
Proactively identify issues, escalate as necessary, and implement solutions.
Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates and reports.
Transition clients to Customer Success on time and provide weekly status updates.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management, information systems, operations management, supply chain management, business analytics, software support, or related field.
5+ years of experience or a combination of education and experience as a project manager.
Phenomenal communication skills and innovative problem-solving.
Highly organized and good at prioritizing workload.
Strong technology background, data management skills and advanced Excel skills.
Terrific public speaking and comfortable leading meetings.
