Sorting company mail and coordinating all incoming and outgoing post
Managing meeting rooms and supporting the coordination and execution of various events
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers (requesting quotations, liaising with them for all company’s needs), ordering office supplies and stationeries
Creating ad hoc reporting
Supervising all activities in relation to facilities management (periodical maintenance work, Health & Safety, coordination of all office spaces)
Managing company’s car fleet
Collaborating with the Office Management team in other countries (France, Germany, Spain)
Supporting the HR team with onboarding activities (management of IT assets, meal voucher cards etc.)
Requirements
Keen interest in joining an international, dynamic team environment and improving administrative skills
Fluent English and native Italian
Knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel, Power Point)
Familiarity with G Suite
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material
Ability to work within a team environment and to liaise with people at all levels
