About the role
- Design new configurations and maintain Workday HCM and/or Financial Management modules
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and/or IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
Run business integrations ensuring all associates are aligned in correct positions and with accurate data fields in Workday
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards
Provide end-user training and support
Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements and implement new features
Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system
Participate in system upgrades and patches
Produce and maintain appropriate audits for data integrity
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of job experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Finance, or a related field
Ability to work independently
3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM and/or Financial Management
Strong understanding of HR processes
Proficiency in Workday configuration, reporting, and security
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Workday certification is a plus
