About the role
- Research current legislative changes and new regulations in Germany and abroad and prepare them in an understandable form
- Support the legal team in establishing internal structures and standards
- Assist in the selection and implementation of tools for the further digitization of the legal department
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts and legal documents
- Opportunity to take on additional tasks and projects as available
Requirements
- Student (m/f/d) studying law, business law, or a comparable degree program and currently in main study period
- Some experience in IT law, business law, data protection and information security, and compliance
- Ideally some experience working in an international company or an internationally operating law firm (not a must)
- Independent, careful, and structured way of working
- Open personality and team spirit
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good MS Office skills
