About the role
- As a legal trainee (Referendar/Referendarin) you will gain comprehensive insight into the work of a young, fully remote law firm, often with emphasis on employment, commercial and contract law.
- You will have the freedom to select matters and handle them with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- In addition to the areas mentioned above, advisory work in other fields is possible.
- Through our close collaboration with the legal‑tech company yourXpert, you can experience the startup environment once a week and take on tasks that go beyond conventional law‑firm work.
- This includes supporting the development of new, innovative legal products and preparing guides and legal opinions, for example in the development of automated legal advice.
Requirements
- Legal trainee (Referendar/Referendarin) for placement in the attorney station (Anwaltsstation) or elective station (Wahlstation)
- Enjoyment of direct client work
- Independent and structured working style
- Enjoy drafting legal texts
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- Interest in Legal‑Tech projects
