About the role
- Provide personal advice and solutions to our members' legal questions
- Provide telephone and written legal advice
- Research legal issues in the area of e-commerce
- Monitor legislative procedures
- Draft legal information materials for our members
Requirements
- At least the First State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen)
- Initial experience in consumer distance selling law (Fernabsatzrecht), contract law (law of obligations), intellectual/industrial property protection, product labeling requirements, and data protection law
- Interest in Legal Tech and e-commerce
- Strong written and spoken German communication skills (minimum C1)
