You are responsible for contract management and ensure legally compliant contract documentation.
You contribute your expertise on all matters related to contract drafting and negotiation and work with the business units to develop pragmatic solutions.
As the legal contact person, you advise the executive management on strategic and operational decisions—particularly in the areas of contract law, employment law, and corporate law.
You analyze customer and supplier contracts and provide legal assessments to promote sustainable and secure business relationships.
Building and maintaining a company-wide legal register is part of your responsibilities, as is the structured collection of all relevant contracts and documents.
You identify legal risks and actively support the establishment and further development of compliance structures.
In close cooperation with Quality Management, you accompany issues related to ISO certification and draft internal policies and guidelines.
You regularly liaise with external law firms and advisors—you act as the central interface for all legal matters with external partners.
Requirements
You have a completed degree in law, ideally with both state examinations.
You have already gained initial relevant professional experience in a company in the private sector or in a law firm—experience in a startup or project environment is an advantage but not required.
You possess sound knowledge of contract law, labor/employment law, and corporate law, as well as basic knowledge of compliance management.
You can present complex legal issues in a practical and understandable manner and develop pragmatic solutions together with the team.
You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way, and bring strong initiative and enthusiasm for building new processes and structures.
You are familiar with digital tools and modern IT-supported workflows and use them efficiently in your daily work.
Absolute discretion and integrity are a matter of course for you, as is a confident handling of sensitive information.
You have a strong understanding of economic contexts, business models, and entrepreneurial processes.
