About the role
- Personal consultation and resolution of legal questions for our members
- In-depth compliance reviews of members' online shops
- Telephone and written advice to members on legal certainty in online commerce
- Research of legal issues and topics in the field of e‑commerce
- Monitoring legislative processes and (further) development of solutions for our legal products
- Preparation of legal information for our members
- Cross-departmental collaboration with other business areas
Requirements
- At least the First German State Law Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen)
- Ideally, initial experience in distance selling law, law of obligations/contract law, intellectual/industrial property protection, product labeling requirements, and data protection law
- Enthusiasm for legal work in an innovative industry
- Interest in Legal Tech
- Strong customer- and service-orientation
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Basic understanding of technical contexts
- Excellent German communication skills, spoken and written (min. C1)
