Technical Account Manager – Strategy

Product Manager

• Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for compliance products in alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
• Partner closely with engineering and design to build intuitive compliance experiences that help customers stay ahead of requirements and reduce operational risk.
• Get close to customers, identify compliance pain points and opportunities, and translate insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Drive execution from concept through launch by creating clarity, managing tradeoffs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on scope, timelines, and outcomes.

• Develop a deep understanding of Motive's products, work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Security, and Finance, and earn the trust of leadership as a go-to advisor on contentious and strategic matters
• Develop and drive Motive’s litigation strategy, including identifying, assessing and pursuing claims, counterclaims, and other strategic litigation opportunities that protect Motive and advance its business objectives

• Establish and oversee the customer's continued adoption, training, and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value and return on the customer's investment

• Act as the main point of contact for Enterprise and Strategic Account Managers, providing direct support to them and their customers for OM-related queries.
• Work closely with customers to address and resolve any issues related to their orders and shipments.
• DRI for all customer RMA requests with serial numbers, replacements, Account level device count alignment to be directly in contact with customers.
• Provide hands-on assistance with the quoting process and CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) for Account Managers.
• Ensure all necessary details, including cable specifics and additional customer requests, are accurately captured in quotes and orders.

Collections

• Own collections performance for Mexico-based accounts and drive faster resolution of past-due balances, disputed invoices, and broken payment commitments. Build account-level action plans, monitor aging movement and payment trends, and provide clear risk and cash updates to leadership.
• Partner closely with CSMs, AEs, Account Managers, Billing, Support, Product, Order Management, and Finance to resolve the operational issues behind delayed payment. Recommend and coordinate next steps such as payment plans, service restrictions, dashboard locks, credit blocks, and cancellation progression, while ensuring all material customer communication and account history are clearly documented.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
