About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities
- Own end-to-end, high-volume recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing)
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Represent Motive's story clearly and authentically to candidates throughout the process
- Drive candidate engagement through strong communication and relationship-building
- Consistently meet recruiting KPIs (pipeline health, time-to-fill, offer acceptance)
- Leverage ATS tools (preferably Greenhouse) and data to optimize hiring processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless hiring experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years in high-volume recruiting within SaaS/tech, or equivalent transferable experience
- Background in sales or customer success is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships and align different perspectives toward a decision
- Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and familiarity with US/Go-to-Market hiring
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing via LinkedIn or other platforms is a plus
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes
- Comfortable managing a high volume of moving pieces and shifting priorities
- Clear, confident communicator across written, verbal, and candidate-facing interactions
- No specific degree required; we care most about relevant experience and demonstrated results.
