Navigate organizations to set qualified meetings for Account Executives
Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging and nurturing leads
Uncover prospects' priorities/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
Set qualified meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
Continuously learn about products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
Serve as the first impression and voice of Motive to prospective customers
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Required
2 years of professional experience post graduation
Strong work ethic and drive
Ability to handle rejection and persevere
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
Previous cold calling experience is a plus
Coach-ability and a team focused mindset
Must be located in Nashville, TN
Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (work authorization to access Motive products/technology)
