About the role

  • Navigate organizations to set qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging and nurturing leads
  • Uncover prospects' priorities/challenges and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Set qualified meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Continuously learn about products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
  • Serve as the first impression and voice of Motive to prospective customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 2 years of professional experience post graduation
  • Strong work ethic and drive
  • Ability to handle rejection and persevere
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Previous cold calling experience is a plus
  • Coach-ability and a team focused mindset
  • Must be located in Nashville, TN
  • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (work authorization to access Motive products/technology)
