About the role
- Reach out to warm leads and connect with potential customers who have shown interest in our products
- Contact warm leads via phone (no cold calling) to discuss window and door solutions
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential customers
- Schedule appointments for our sales team and ensure a smooth handoff
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while speaking with potential customers
- Track interactions and maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and customer notes in our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team appointment-setting goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in an inside sales, call center, or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage potential customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
