AI Operations Specialist

Platform Engineer

• Build a developer productivity measurement platform integrating GitHub, Linear, Slack, and CI/CD signals into a coherent view of delivery flow
• Identify and remove friction from engineering workflows: slow pipelines, poor feedback loops, unclear ownership, and noisy alerting
• Define, deploy, and iterate on AI tooling for local development, including IDE integrations, agentic tools, MCP servers, and model integrations such as Claude and Codex
• Build the guardrails that make AI adoption safe: prompt logging, data classification boundaries, an approved model catalogue, and usage observability
• Understand the workflows of engineering and product teams to surface bottlenecks, systemic issues, and drive improvements with their buy-in.
• Maintain Kubernetes and microservices credibility across the platform — this is an engineering role, not programme management.
• Write documentation that engineers actually use: runbooks, adoption guides, and decision records

Senior Platform Engineer – Agentic Experience

Account Manager

• Research and identify prospective partners aligned with Moss’ strategic priorities and ideal customer profiles
• Support the initial assessment of partners through qualitative and quantitative analysis (e.g., partner fit, customer base, integration potential)
• Own the top of the funnel for our partnerships pipeline
• Proactively reach out to prospective partners via email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels
• Engage partners with a clear value proposition and qualify initial interest
• Assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships with partners
• Participate in partner calls and meetings, prepare follow-ups, and support ongoing communication
• Track outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Share regular updates on partner funnel status and help improve outreach playbooks and processes
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to ensure partner prospects are well aligned with Moss’ commercial strategy

Associate Partnership Manager

AI Engineer

• Own the roadmap for the central AI platform, including agent runtime, evaluation frameworks, pipelines, and observability.
• Run focused experiments on new AI capabilities, proving what works and either shipping a v1 or enabling product teams to take it further.
• Enable teams across Moss to build, test, and deploy AI-powered products with greater speed, quality, and confidence.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Product, and leadership to prioritise the highest-impact platform investments.
• Balance strategic platform ownership with tactical depth on agent behaviour, prompts, accuracy, and production quality.

Senior Product Manager – AI Platform

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own a product area end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap definition through to launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Develop a deep understanding of finance workflows, customer pain points, and operational realities to identify high-value product opportunities.
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn customer and business needs into product requirements and shipped solutions.
• Use research, customer feedback, and data to prioritise the roadmap and make high-quality product decisions.
• Drive delivery with pace and rigour, ensuring what we build is valuable, usable, and scalable.
