• Own and continuously evolve the TechOps operating model as Moss scales.
• Define and implement automation-first approaches to identity, access, device, and workplace management.

• Own Google Workspace, MDM (Jumpcloud), IAM, and core workplace infrastructure.

• Partner closely with Security to ensure controls meet audit and regulatory requirements (ISO27001, SOC2, DORA).
• Maintain clear documentation and accountability for all critical systems.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical and identity-related topics.
• Lead and develop a high-performing TechOps team.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and structured development plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Balance hands-on involvement with strategic delegation.
• Own vendor relationships and licensing strategy for TechOps-related tools.
• Drive cost transparency and optimization across workplace infrastructure.
• Continuously evaluate and rationalize the TechOps tool stack.
• Support budget planning and capacity forecasting aligned with company growth.
• Act as primary TechOps contact for internal and external audits.
• Ensure alignment with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Security, Finance, and People.
• Proactively identify operational and identity-related risks and implement mitigations.

• Develop and own a regional marketing plan for the Netherlands that supports demand generation, revenue growth and local brand presence in line with Moss central objectives.
• Plan and execute local campaigns, events, webinars, partner co-marketing andother initiatives tailored to Dutch market segments and verticals.
• Define, track and report on campaign performance and ROI at regional level; use data and insight to optimise execution and campaign mix.
• Build relationships with local partners, vendors, industry associations or relevant third parties to amplify reach and support co-marketing or channel efforts.
• Manage budget allocation for regional marketing initiatives; coordinate with external agencies or contractors if needed.
• Act as the “local face” of Moss in NL: understand the market, and gather market feedback to inform global strategy.

Platform Engineer

• Extend existing Spring Boot services and APIs to enable new integration and orchestration use cases.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, webhook endpoints, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Ensure high standards in code quality, testing, observability, and long-term maintainability.
• Apply distributed systems best practices (idempotency, retries, rate limiting, failure isolation).
• Deploy and operate integration-related services in our Kubernetes-based environment.
• Ensure proper monitoring, logging, and alerting for automation and integration workloads.
• Work closely with other Platform Engineers to maintain reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Understand networking, DNS, ingress, and service-to-service communication patterns.
• Design secure patterns for webhooks and inbound integrations.
• Apply least-privilege IAM principles across workflows and APIs.
• Evaluate risks and potential abuse scenarios in automation workflows.
• Ensure integrations meet internal security and compliance standards expected in a FinTech environment.
