About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for your product area end-to-end, from discovery through delivery
  • Define and track OKRs with your squad and report progress
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design on technical scoping, discovery, and delivery
  • Ground prioritisation in direct conversations with customers and customer-facing teams - build the case for what matters rather than inheriting a backlog
  • Identify and proactively flag dependencies with adjacent product teams before they become delivery risks
  • Represent the customer in cross-functional decisions and trade-off discussions
  • Develop a 12-18 months vision with focus on an AI-first UX

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years owning a customer-facing product area end-to-end and 2 years in a B2B environment
  • You have demonstrated success in conceptualising, developing, launching, and scaling products within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience navigating ambiguous, evidence-light problem spaces and defining solutions from scratch, rather than executing a pre-scoped backlog
  • Experience partnering directly with engineering on technical trade-offs and dependency management
  • Fluent in English (our working language); German is a plus
