About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the team with the customer onboarding process and carry out onboarding tasks independently under supervision.
- Collect and verify customer information to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
- Review and validate documents, contact details, identification records, and financial statements to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to clarify and resolve issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interest in or some initial experience with customer-facing roles; a strong interest in regulated banking or FinTech is preferred.
- Fluency in both German (B2) and English (B2); additional languages such as Dutch, French, or Spanish are a plus.
