Financial Planning and Analysis

• Perform recurring accounting tasks and journal entries, including bank reconciliations, expense recording, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable collections
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions
• Support preparation of consolidated financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting cycles by gathering data, analyzing trends, and maintaining financial models
• Help monitor project-level profitability and resource utilization in both software engineering and consulting segments
• Collaborate with teams across Accounting & Finance and the Divisions of Morotech to ensure accurate reporting
• Participate in improving finance tools and processes, including automation of data and reporting workflows
• Assist with preparation for Morotech's financial statements audits by preparing required documentation and supporting the Group during audits
• Assist with preparation of investor reporting by gathering and analyzing financial data and preparing supporting schedules
• Learn and contribute to scenario analysis and business planning initiatives that support strategic growth
