About the role

  • Proactively connect with local business owners, organizations, and community leaders to understand goals and offer tailored advertising strategies
  • Develop strategic TV and digital advertising campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Oversee every aspect of clients’ campaigns from idea to execution, ensuring clear communication and consistent follow-through
  • Meet and surpass monthly sales targets by driving new business and growing existing accounts
  • Build trust and lasting relationships with clients through reliable communication and solution-based selling
  • Continuously expand book of business while maintaining and increasing current clients’ advertising spend

Requirements

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills: storytelling, presenting ideas persuasively, closing deals
  • Media savvy: prior media sales experience is a plus; familiarity with TV and digital advertising

  • Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license; ready to travel locally to meet clients
