About the role

  • Drive revenue growth through account penetration, territory development, and new business generation
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide consultative, strategic support to customers, demonstrating how our products and services address their needs
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including value proposition development, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Stay informed on product developments, technical services, market trends, and competitor activity, sharing insights internally and externally

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • Solid understanding of the roaming business, including underlying technologies and testing standards
  • 5+ years of proven field sales experience with software products and services
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments
  • Multilingual skills are a strong plus
  • Nice to Have: Experience with call center technologies
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of IVR and messaging solutions
