About the role
- Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Gather requirements and document workflows for e-commerce and retail environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, architects, and project managers) to ensure business needs are met.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing insights to stakeholders and driving optimization strategies.
- Document processes by working closely with architects and IT.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and communication updates with stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment.
- Develop workflow charts, diagrams, and specifications for system capabilities.
- Support project managers with project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Stay up to date on IT and process advancements relevant to e-commerce.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong background in retail and/or e-commerce (highly recommended).
- Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
- Advanced technical and analytical skills, with strong conceptual thinking.
- Experience creating workflow charts, diagrams, user stories, reports, and specifications.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to collect requirements across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT), process optimization, and requirements analysis.
- Proven ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable switching between multiple projects.
