About the role
- As a part of Marmon Holdings, contribute to marketing and design for Repair Services Brands (Transco, UTLX Field Services, Procor Field Services).
Manage day-to-day marketing and design activities, develop marketing collateral, execute campaigns, and support sales team.
Design and maintain creative assets across websites, emails, ads, social media, branding, print materials, and presentations.
Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns (paid ads, email, webinars, social media, SEO, website content) to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Translate technical details into compelling marketing content to inform prospects, customers, and sales teams.
Track and analyze website and campaign metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Maintain centralized repository of creative assets with version control.
Manage and execute social media calendar focused on YouTube and LinkedIn organic growth.
Occasional travel for team meetings and operational training.
Report to Director of Tactical Marketing; individual contributor role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Business or related field.
7+ years’ experience in marketing or graphic design.
Preference given to prior marketing experience with an industrial services or manufacturing company.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Open and professional communication style combined with strong interpersonal skills.
Organized and able to multitask effectively.
Comfortable working to deadlines.
Superb graphic design skills adaptable to various content forms.
Superior attention to detail and strong understanding of design principles.
Willing to enhance technical knowledge through ground level observation of operations.
Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and high self-motivation.
Ability to speak effectively and comfortable making presentations.
Ability to interpret, summarize and communicate data analytics from multiple platforms.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. Expert at PowerPoint and Adobe InDesign.
Previous experience managing B2B social media (LinkedIn, YouTube) would be an asset.
Basic understanding of website CMS would be an asset.
Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be an asset.
Prior experience with email service providers would be an asset.
Familiarity with SEO concepts, tools, and measurement would be an asset.
Familiarity with GA4 would be an asset.
Experience with paid advertising like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Ads would be an asset.
