About the role
- Work side-by-side with the Commercial & Growth Lead to drive new business and growth
- Identify, qualify, and engage leads via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and live demos
- Build and optimise campaigns using Apollo.ai, HubSpot, and Snitcher
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of business customers
- Create case studies, sales collateral, and marketing materials
- Analyse performance data to uncover insights and refine strategies
- Keep CRM updated, build automation workflows, and support reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, performance, and product teams
- Test new growth strategies and help hit ambitious targets
- Streamline operations and support end-to-end customer journey execution
Requirements
- Experience in sales development, commercial, or growth marketing roles (agency or in-house)
- Confident communicator on the phone and in writing
- Data-driven with experience using HubSpot, Apollo.ai, or Snitcher
- Comfortable with outbound lead generation (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and live demos
- Ability to build and optimise campaigns and maintain CRM
- Experience with performance data analysis and reporting
- Comfortable switching between sales, marketing, and RevOps tasks
- Self-starting, curious, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced B2B environment
- Bonus: experience with Figma or Canva, event organisation, or strong relationships with target customer profiles
