About the role

  • Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
  • Analyze job posts to detect companies actively hiring design talent
  • Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
  • Manage follow-ups and qualify leads based on our ICP
  • Book intro calls for Business Development Managers

Requirements

  • 6+ months of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT or agency)
  • Strong written English (B2+)
  • Ability to write clear, personalized, and compelling outreach messages
  • Understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Waalaxy, etc.)
