About the role
- Focus on small businesses (<20 employees) and launch a brand new product in Business Payments
- Build market insight, product strategy, value propositions, positioning & messaging, and GTM strategy
- Work within product squads to increase the number of customers using products and ensure the quality of shipped products
- Lead market intelligence and insights: own competitive research, market trends, segmentation, personas, and ideal customer profiles
- Contribute to high-impact product strategy discussions and define the future of B2B offerings like business payments
- Craft clear, differentiated value propositions and test messaging to drive awareness, interest, and conversions
- Partner with senior leaders in product and commercial roles and translate ambiguity into structure and momentum
Requirements
- You are a seasoned product marketer with deep B2B payments experience, or you have adjacent experience in product management, product strategy etc.
- Experience or focus on small businesses (less than 20 employees) and launching new products in Business Payments
- You know how great products are made
- You know what great positioning looks like and have a track record of writing (and validating) compelling product positioning
- You know what great market intelligence looks like and are comfortable analysing different types of data
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments and collaborating with people at different levels and disciplines
- You’re happy being accountable for results and have a track record of achieving ambitious business results
