About the role
- Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reach out and negotiation to confirmation
- Work closely with the Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth
- Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
- Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
- Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
- Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
- Identify process gaps to improve efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement of playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role ideally in SaaS companies
- Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Motivated, driven and results-oriented
- Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player
- Proven experience with owning a renewal process E2E (advantage)
- Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, cs) in order to reach primary goals (advantage)
- Reporting a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory (advantage)
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.) (advantage)
- Handling escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests (advantage)
