About the role

  • Drive and own the renewal processes in collaboration from reach out and negotiation to confirmation
  • Work closely with the Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams to retain customer contracts, secure renewal and support the accounts’ growth
  • Negotiate renewal terms to align with the customer and the company goals
  • Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
  • Enhance the renewals process playbook to maximize account and ARR retention
  • Handle escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests
  • Identify process gaps to improve efficiency
  • Drive continuous improvement of playbooks and processes while collaborating with multiple teams in the organization

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role ideally in SaaS companies
  • Effective communicator, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Motivated, driven and results-oriented
  • Strong negotiation, presentation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, energetic team player
  • Proven experience with owning a renewal process E2E (advantage)
  • Experience in working closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, legal, cs) in order to reach primary goals (advantage)
  • Reporting a rolling 90-day renewal forecast by segment and/or territory (advantage)
  • Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.) (advantage)
  • Handling escalations relating to contract questions, negotiations, and requests (advantage)
