About the role

  • Own full sales cycle from start to finish, quota-carrying Mid Market Account Executive.
  • Hunt for new prospects and manage inbound/outbound lead management.
  • Grow revenue within existing customers and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Possess comprehensive understanding of monday.com solution and connect this knowledge to customer ROI.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing expert guidance and insights throughout the sales process.
  • Develop compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of the platform.
  • Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value of the monday.com solution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales role, ideally with a focus on inbound and outbound lead management.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage complex sales cycles using a consultative approach, building strong customer relationships, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a collaborative team player mentality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative approach, and high energy.
  • Hybrid position: 3 days/week in our Singapore office.
