About the role

  • Lead the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with emphasis on new business sales and expanding existing accounts
  • Engage with prospective customers to position Momos' solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources
  • Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation
  • Identification and research to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts
  • Be an owner for the entire territory
  • Daily update of the system with accurate customer and pipeline data
  • Accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proactively address clients’ needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to end
  • Contribute to increasing sales and maintaining high company-client relationship standards

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive
  • Previous experience with prospecting
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
  • Solid knowledge of B2B software industry
  • Willing to travel for conferences/sales events/meetings
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
