Serve as the front line to Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders and provide excellent customer service while efficiently and accurately submitting orders
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal order
Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
Document all conversations with client into client information database
Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients
Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed
Work hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with potential for overtime starting at 7:00am
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written)
High school degree or GED
1 year of previous customer service experience
Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (word/excel/outlook)
Clear oral communication skills
Previous experience with data entry
Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values
Preferred: 1 year of previous call center experience
Physical Requirements: Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers; Sedentary work primarily involves sitting; Visual perception including peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
