About the role

  • Take full ownership of your clients and users.
  • Lead and coordinate account setup and onboarding for new clients.
  • Conduct workshops and meetings to transfer knowledge.
  • Strengthen customer retention through authentic, transparent communication.
  • Present solutions and product updates and develop strategies for clients, users, and product rollouts.
  • Understand and translate customer needs, communicating them to the appropriate teams within the company.
  • Guide and empower project managers and team members at the client site.
  • Integrate new requirements into existing processes and systems without overburdening resources.
  • Create and provide generic information, e.g., in our manual, for consistent and easily accessible solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success, Product Management, or technical Project Management
  • Degree, vocational training in a relevant field, or comparable practical experience
  • Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, data models, SaaS architecture)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English — written and spoken
  • Self-organization, empathy, and personal responsibility
  • Ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way
  • Willingness to use AI tools to increase efficiency
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and service desks is a plus
