About the role
- Take full ownership of your clients and users.
- Lead and coordinate account setup and onboarding for new clients.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to transfer knowledge.
- Strengthen customer retention through authentic, transparent communication.
- Present solutions and product updates and develop strategies for clients, users, and product rollouts.
- Understand and translate customer needs, communicating them to the appropriate teams within the company.
- Guide and empower project managers and team members at the client site.
- Integrate new requirements into existing processes and systems without overburdening resources.
- Create and provide generic information, e.g., in our manual, for consistent and easily accessible solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Product Management, or technical Project Management
- Degree, vocational training in a relevant field, or comparable practical experience
- Basic technical understanding (e.g., APIs, data models, SaaS architecture)
- Strong communication skills in German and English — written and spoken
- Self-organization, empathy, and personal responsibility
- Ability to explain technical matters in an understandable way
- Willingness to use AI tools to increase efficiency
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and service desks is a plus
