About the role

  • Support our Customer Success team with user inquiries from Germany
  • Develop and implement your own ideas and concepts for user communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to further develop our user communication
  • Participate in running continuous experiments to improve Customer Success in Germany
  • Basic reporting and measurement of key customer satisfaction metrics
  • Close collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training, or relevant professional experience
  • You are outgoing with strong communication skills and a good degree of empathy
  • You have strong empathy and can easily relate to our German users
  • You bring a hands-on mentality and initiative, are motivated and results-oriented
  • You are interested in self-employment and related topics
  • Ideally, you already have some initial experience in this area
  • You have flawless written and spoken German and can express yourself well
  • You are comfortable with business English
  • You are eager to work in a growing, highly motivated startup and enjoy contributing actively to the company through your work.
