Support our Customer Success team with user inquiries from Germany
Develop and implement your own ideas and concepts for user communication
Collaborate with colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to further develop our user communication
Participate in running continuous experiments to improve Customer Success in Germany
Basic reporting and measurement of key customer satisfaction metrics
Close collaboration with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training, or relevant professional experience
You are outgoing with strong communication skills and a good degree of empathy
You have strong empathy and can easily relate to our German users
You bring a hands-on mentality and initiative, are motivated and results-oriented
You are interested in self-employment and related topics
Ideally, you already have some initial experience in this area
You have flawless written and spoken German and can express yourself well
You are comfortable with business English
You are eager to work in a growing, highly motivated startup and enjoy contributing actively to the company through your work.
