• Du hilfst bei der Optimierung von Workflows, die Accountable Banking zum Erfolg führen.
• Du unterstützt bei der Gestaltung von internen & externen Prozessen.
• Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Nutzern und unserem Bankingpartner.
• Du entwickelst eigene Ideen & Konzepte für die Nutzerkommunikation und setzt diese nach Absprache um.
• Du arbeitest mit unseren Kollege:innen in Berlin/Brüssel an der Weiterentwicklung der Nutzer:innen-Ansprache.
• Du hilfst bei kontinuierlichen Tests, die unsere User Journeys in der Mobile & Web App verbessern.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Marketing & Product Teams zusammen, um eine perfekte Customer Journey zu gewährleisten.

Junior Customer Success Manager – Accountable Banking

• Support our Customer Success team with tax, accounting, and product-related user inquiries regarding the use of Accountable in Germany.
• Provide technical support to internal teams on more complex tax questions.
• Contribute to the development of our tax-related user communications — clear, understandable, and technically accurate.
• Collaborate with colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to continuously improve our tax processes and standards.
• Analyze recurring user questions and help improve the user journeys in Accountable's mobile and web apps.
• Assist with quality assurance of tax content and the documentation of internal guidelines.
• Perform basic reporting tasks and contribute to the analysis of relevant metrics (e.g., user satisfaction, error rates, submission quality).
• Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to present tax topics in a clear, accurate, and user-friendly way.

Senior Customer Success Manager – Tax

Full-stack Engineer

• Work closely with the marketing team on growth experiments & improve the website
• Build impactful experiments on the user onboarding flow from the website into the web app
• Implement A/B testing frameworks
• Optimise the tracking infrastructure & conversion event management
• Maintain a scalable, high-performance website
• Manage and extend the WordPress-based marketing website
• Mentor our internal Junior Frontend Engineer
• Implement and maintain integrations with tools such as: GA4, Firebase, Adjust, Meta ads SDK

Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Marketing, Growth

• You actively contribute to the business success of Accountable Banking.
• You help optimize workflows that drive the success of Accountable Banking.
• You support the design of internal and external processes.
• As part of the Customer Success team for Accountable Banking Germany, you are involved in direct customer communication to support our users.
• You act as the interface between our users and our banking partner.
• You develop your own ideas and concepts for user communication and implement them in coordination with the team.
• You work with our colleagues in Berlin and Brussels to further develop user communication and engagement.
• You assist with continuous testing to improve our user journeys in the mobile and web apps.
• You work closely with our Marketing and Product teams to ensure an excellent customer journey.
