About the role

  • Serve as the front-line receptionist and representative of MMI - McClure Management Inc.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Process emails, assist owners with questions, and enter service requests.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Manage key purchase requests and property amenity reservations.
  • Maintain multiple calendars for scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Update vendor Certificates of Insurance (COI) to maintain compliance.
  • Manage printing orders, scanning, and filing documents accurately.
  • Print monthly documents and process incoming mail.
  • Work in-office in South Carlsbad, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
  • Ability to maintain extended periods of sitting and standing throughout the workday.
  • Continuous engagement in verbal communication with clients, guests, supervisors, associates, and vendors.
  • Proficient communication skills for both phone and in-person interactions to effectively address business-related matters.
