About the role
- Manages the maintenance and setup of all customer portal setups.
- Manages the completion of all prequalification packets for customers.
- Works with all shared support group members to collect the data for portal setup and pre-qualifications.
- Supports sales team in the proposal strategy development and research.
- Maintains all RFP response information including work history, Site Specific Projects, References, Certifications, Processes.
- Ensure consistency of branding and content across marketing materials and apply internal brand standards and document design guidelines.
- Tracks sales team attendance at external events including conferences, golf tournaments, and special events.
- Maintains PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, client leave-behinds, infographics, and other client-facing marketing materials.
- Make customer care calls as assigned.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
- Reports directly to the Director of Sales / EVP; part of the Sustainability Sales Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 1-3 years professional experience in marketing, graphic design, or public relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional interpersonal skills.
- Strong graphic skills with ability to clearly deliver specific and complex messages.
- Creative thinker / problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to efficiently research specific topics using various internal and external resources.
- Preferred: Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Travel: 5% of time.
- Physical requirements: light work, may adjust/move objects up to 20 pounds.
