About the role

  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle: creation, execution, tracking, renewal, and archiving
  • Ensure all contracts are properly approved, signed, and stored in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor contract deadlines, renewal dates, and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and legal standards
  • Maintain a centralized, organized digital document repository of executed agreements, templates, and supporting legal documents
  • Assist in drafting standard contracts and amendments using pre-approved templates
  • Conduct initial reviews of third-party contracts, identifying key risks or deviations from standard terms
  • Contribute to development and refinement of contract management processes and templates
  • Support the Legal team in Geneva and affiliate companies in Asia; manage legal documentation for the Company and APAC affiliates
  • Provide organized, detail-oriented, and proactive legal/contract administration support

Requirements

  • Master's degree in law
  • 3+ years of experience working in an in-house counsel environment, specializing in contract management and legal administration
  • Expertise in contract structure, legal terminology, and contract management processes
  • Familiarity with contract compliance and legal practices in Asia and UK (US, EU as a plus)
  • Experience liaising with cross-functional or international teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in document management systems, e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, AdobeSign), and CRM tools
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; full professional proficiency in English required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Ability to work autonomously; resistance to stress and time-pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation; agile and flexible mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact with colleagues of diverse cultures; respect for diversity
  • Good IT skills; full professional proficiency in a Windows environment
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset
  • Malaysian national or holder of a valid work permit in Malaysia
