Requirements
Minimum of 4 to 6 years in financial services, technology, consulting, or other insight-heavy organizations.
Education in a relevant field is helpful, but practical experience and demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical skills, deliver insights, and influence business decisions are the primary considerations.
Advanced use of Excel.
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with structured/unstructured data environments.
Skilled at sourcing insight from non-traditional data sets, third-party research, and industry benchmarks.
Strong familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
Solid understanding of financial services products, member journeys, and performance indicators.
Ability to evaluate and validate input sources and ensure reliability and integrity of analysis.
Able to simplify complexity and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Business-focused, agile, collaborative, and capable of driving insights into action across the organization.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and through digital channels.
Visual acuity required to review detailed reports, dashboards, and data.
May occasionally need to lift or move materials up to 10 pounds; prolonged periods of sitting.
