Prospect and qualify geographically aligned prospects and target based on Miter’s value proposition.
Conduct deep discovery and consultative selling to understand contractors' payroll, HR, and field operations needs.
Demonstrate the value of Miter's all-in-one platform and effectively position product features.
Negotiate and close new logo opportunities, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Partner with internal teams (sales development, launch, customer success) to ensure seamless handoff and successful implementation for new customers.
Maintain an organized and accurate forecast, including up-to-date pipeline stages and forecast categories.
Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to company growth.
Travel within assigned territory for customer meetings, events, and site visits (~75% travel).
Requirements
2+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying, full-cycle B2B software sales role.
Experience selling in a fast-paced, high-velocity sales environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills; ability to sell at all decision-making levels from project managers to C-level executives.
A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
