A Bachelor’s and/or Master's degree in a relevant field
Bilingual in English and Spanish
10 or more years HR Generalist experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education to successfully perform the essential functions of the position
Experiencing leading an HR Team (preferred)
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of all aspects of HR including benefits, recruiting, compensation, training, payroll, policies & procedures
Collaboration skills working within HR and across multiple functions and teams
Knowledge of local, state and federal laws and regulations regarding employment practices
Ability to manage and prioritize time efficiently and effectively to complete projects and assignments timely and accurately
Superior presentation and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
